Seedance video length: how long a clip you actually get
Seedance 2.0 Fast accepts any integer from 3 to 15 seconds, and bills per second at 5 credits each.
| Length | Credits | At the Enterprise rate |
|---|---|---|
| 3s | 15 | $0.15 |
| 5s | 25 | $0.25 |
| 10s | 50 | $0.50 |
| 15s | 75 | $0.75 |
What this changes about your pipeline
You pay for the seconds you asked for. No rounding up to a bucket, which makes this the cheapest option for variable-length output even before you compare per-second rates.
15 seconds is the ceiling. Longer output means several clips stitched afterwards — several jobs, several concurrency slots, and continuity you manage yourself.
Asking for an unsupported length
Fails validation locally with 400 INVALID_PARAM naming
durationSec. Nothing reaches the upstream provider and no credits move.
